Step 1: Make sure your event is confirmed in T-Space
If you are hosting an event on campus, you will need to reserve your room on T-Space.
All events must be confirmed in T-Space before promotions can proceed.

Step 2: Consider marketing and promotions
If your event is a named lecture or lecture series please contact marketing@rtslzp.com to begin working with Strategic Communications and Marketing to promote your event.
